1866-68 Donau Steamship Company 10kr green, type I, tied to cover by weak strike of the rare oval “Agenzie DDSG Tulcia” ds in blue (Dobrudja), on folded letter to Galatz, with Galati circular receiver on back and 50 bani postage due; a very fine cover with a rare pm, even the famous Julius Steindler collection contained no DDSG usages on covers from Tulcea.
