2pi Bright blue, two singles, on 1869 (14.12) folded cover from Cairo to Constantinople, tied by two strikes of the “V.R.POSTE EGIZIANE / CAIRO” cds with similar alongside, plus “Dopo la Partenza” straight line italic hs, mostly likely applied in transit at Alexandria indicating that the cover missed the day’s mail, transit and arrival bs with rarely seen “POSTE VICE-REALI EGIZIANE/CONSTANTINOPLI” in blue, unusual and scarce.
