Haiti: 1863-65. Group of 30 entire letters from Port-au-Prince to Paris, all except one with British Jacmel cds and Anglo-French “GB/1F60c” accountancy marking, including one very interestingly redirected to Alger (rare destination) with “Taxe Rectifiée” marking and amended tax. Very fine.
