1922, De La Rue: Photographic essay neatly mounted and written up on album pages originally from the Torrey and Foley collections, 2d dual duty (Postage & Revenue) stamp, showing an intricate bi-lingual design, the possible reason the design was rejected was due to misspelled Gaelic inscriptions, slight emulsion cracks at left, an attractive and unique.
