1843 (May 2^nd) Folded entire from Leinster Street in Dublin to Kilmallock, prepaid one penny single in cash, posted after the letter box had closed, and an additional late fee of sixpence paid for catching that night’s Limerick Mail, showing on reverse the Late Fee diamond “FROM / 7. to 8. / PM” of Dublin in black, very fine.
