1799 (January 9th) Folded entire sent locally within Dublin to the Earl of Aldborough, with “J A 9 M” (M for morning), showing a small Dublin abbreviated black “P – P – Pd” (DF No.147)(Penny Post Paid of the Dublin Penny Post), a fine pair of abbreviated hs and extremely rare with these quality of strikes, showpiece.
