1817 (August 18th) Folded letter sheet sent “pr Antonio” to Waterford, showing a wonderful strike of the red fancy crowned “SHIP LETTER DUBLIN” ds, paying the Irish ship letter rate with clear strike of the “d6” hs in black being applied at Dublin, rerated “1/3” (6d ship rate + 9d), a wonderful showpiece and extremely rare in this quality.
