1813 (August 4th) Folded entire from Carlow to Dublin, showing a 2-line “CARLOW / 39” mileage mark, rated “5” single and rerated “10” paying the double rate, by a superb example of the distinctive inspector’s crown “B/AU. 5/13.”, extremely rare strike in this quality, this being from the 5th rate period.
