1726 (October 26th) Entire letter from Stradbally to Dublin showing on the reverse Dublin Bishop handstamp “OC/28” showing unusual displacement by by 1mm of the two halves of the hs caused by the failure of the official to strap the two sections of the handstamp in alignment, a very rare error (DF No.12A)
