1712 (April 15th) Small neatly entire letter sent from Dublin to Liverpool, Chester showing the distinctive Dublin “6” (combined rate), on arrival in London the charge was cancelled and rerated “9” with the London to Chester being charged 3d, very fine and scarce. Auction
