Description

1855 4a blue and red on cover from Bombay to Canton via Singapore, a pair struck (but not tied) by barred diamond obliterator, showing stamps widely spaced and with wavy line separation; the pair was placed so as to seal the back flap and has been torn when opening, with a tear running in the margin between stamps and almost touching the right stamp, with Bombay despatches and Hong Kong transit.
