1860s-1960s, Aden-Zanzibar, an enormous collection in a thick stockbook of twelve pages filled to the brim with unused mostly mint lightly hinged stamps, but also a few unhinged, many complete sets with innumerable high and top values, also several inserted stock cards filled with mostly complete sets, with two certificates. Better sets include Falkland 1933 values to 5s, Hong Kong 1903/12 definitives with values to $10 and fiscal stamps. Other strong areas include Gibraltar, South Africa, Ascension, Malaya, Sarawak, and much, much more. The main focus is around King George V and Edward VIII eras. A cornucopia full of the finest British Commonwealth material, all in fresh condition and mostly flawless. An extraordinary assembly of attractive stamps nearly impossible to replicate today. Catalogue value possibly in excess of £80’000.
