Lot 10637 – Veracruz 13c lithographed small consignment in exchange of demonetized Eagles

Veracruz 13c blue lithographed (consignment # 53-1866, only 114 sent), frameline just cut into at foot otherwise three good to large margins, cancelled at sub office Alvarado, fine and very rare. This small consignment was in exchange for demonetized obsolete Eagles.
