Tulancingo 13c blue and 25c orange lithographed (consignment 21 for 13c and 60-1866 for 25 with only 210 sent), both three-margined, on cover to Mexico dated September 8, 1866, tied by a good strike of the Tulancingo oval ds (Schatzkès #1717), Mexico arrival bs. Fine and scarce usage of this 25c.
