Tula district group (consignment 29-1866) incl. 13c blue lithographed, just touched at top right, on cover to Mexico dated September 21, 1866 with “FRANQUEA / DO EN TULA” (Schatzkès #1690), plus three lithographed used stamps (7c and two 25c).
