Toluca 13c blue lithographed (consignment 13-1866, sub 4), well balanced margins, on entire from Tianguistengo to Mexico dated November 15, 1866, tied by a crisp strike of the “FRANCO EN / TIANGUISTENGO” two-line hs (Schatzkès #1685). A very fine and attractive, clean, uncreased cover.
