Description
San Luis Potosí 7c lilac engraved (consignment #140-1866, no name, 400 sent) mint pair, predominately with generous margins. Invoice 140 was the first issued and none of the 400 stamps (two sheets) was used. Fine and fresh appearance with rich colour. NF $800, Scott $900 as two singles. Catalogue ref: Scott 31
