San Luis Potosí 13c blue engraved (consignment #58-1866 sub 17) pair, just cut into at lower left otherwise clear margins, on cover dated September 7,1866 tied by oval hs of Matehuala (Schatzkès #1508), filing fold clear of stamps. Catalogue ref: Scott 27
