Oaxaca 13c blue lithographed (consignment #35-1866 sub 43), wide even margins all around, on cover from Ejutla to Oaxaca dated September 28, 1866, tied by rare manuscript type with the name of the locality and date (Schatzkès # 1040 A, 100 points).
