Mexico 50c green, three large margins, and 25c buff lithographed, three good margins (both consignment #99-1866) on attractive cover to Veracruz dated October 20, 1866, tied by “FRANCO / MEXICO” cds, sent via express coach service (“Extraordinario”) which was double the rate. Fine and very scarce with very few covers with such a rate.
