Description
Ixtlahuaca 25c buff lithographed (consignment # 86-1866), barely touching in small part, otherwise good to huge margins, used in Ixtlahuaca. Consignment 86-1866 was issued in exchange of demonetized eagles and only four were sent. It is a miracle this one survived.
