Description
Guanajuato 13c blue engraved block of four, outstanding margins all around, cancelled on June 8, 1867 by “Franco/Guanajuato” cds. Thin spot at top. Engraved stamps were used very little and used blocks are so rare that NF does not value them. An exceptionally late usage, very close to Maximilian’s execution on June 19.
