1805 (Nov 3). Entire letter from Caracas to Puerto de la Orotava (Tenerife, Canary Islands, Spain), directly transported by the “Santo Christo del Grao” boat, cleanly struck by “Caracas” straight-line hs. Docket of receipt in January 1806. This very crisp entire represents one of the few examples of transatlantic mail originating from Venezuela.
