1800 ca. Cover front from Piura to Cádiz, attractively struck on dispatch with “Franca”, “Piura” and “Peru” straight-line hs in red, being prepaid by the sender as confirmed by the ink cross, endorsed “Por Cartaga. de Yndias” (via Havana). The only item documented with the “Peru” postmark of Piura. Additional scans and images are being uploaded on a continuous basis, and the complete set of illustrations for all lots will be available by 1 June 2026.
