Description

1874, 6 sen violet brown, syllabic 6 (he), position 29, overall freshness and good colour, re-perforated with clear balanced margins on all sides, part original gum with hinge remnants. Cert. Philatelic Museum Expert Committee (2016).

One of nine examples documented in unused condition by Yamazaki Yoshiyuki. (JSCA ¥4,000,000; Michel €35,000).
