1872, 1 sen blue, Government printing, type III, plate 24, vertical pair, positions 16 & 24, used on reverse of folded envelope to Tokyo, tied by numeral Kiban ma-1 cancelation from Wakamatsu 11.23, with corresponding cds alongside, also displaying Shirakawa KG -11.23 on the same day in transit and arrival with N1B2 10.11.25. (Gregorian Nov. 25, 1877, ties pair). Very fine.
