San Luis Potosí Ex Victoria Matehuala 4r green 3rd Period, consignment #221-1864 sub 38, 3rd period reassigned from the Victoria shipment, frame line just touched at lower right, otherwise clear to very large margins, double oval ds (Schatzkès #1508). Very fine and very rare as only 50 were sent. Ex Leo V. Corbett.
