Puebla Matamoros ½r blue, vertical pair, full to mostly large margins, used on cover dated Jan 20, 1857 and originating from a small town (Schatzkès #1215). Slight horizontal crease. Probably paying the first rate although it had expired a few weeks before. Catalogue ref: Scott 1
