1865 Two covers, one sent from Parras to San Luis dated 1865, May 7th showing framed “Franca” and boxed datestamp, as well as registered judicial cover front from Mérida to Mexico City dated February 16, 1876 showing framed registration datestamp, “0” handstamps denoting registration on sides and oval dtatestamps, all struck in blue.
