Lot 40700 – 1901 Cover registered to France franked on reverse

1901 Registered cover to France, franked on reverse with 1897 “Tae Han” overprinted 25p rose (2), red overprints, with two further examples showing additional “1” surcharge in black, 10p (5) with overprint in red, together with 1900 2ch blue alongside, on obverse bearing three 2re (one defective), all tied by Seoul cds’s. A very spectacular and rare franking.
