40 Parale blue on bluish paper, horizontal pair, hardly touched upper left, with good to large margins otherwise, neatly tied and cancelled by two strikes of the JASSY/MOLDOVA/16.7 blue double-ringed ds, on registered entire to Botuschani, with straight line RECIPISSE in blue alongside, arrival bs, an attractive and rare usage.
