ONE OF THE FINEST 81 PARALE RECORDED

81 Parale blue on blue-green, four large margins, cancelled by small part blue double-ringed ds FOKSCHANI / MOLDOVA with manuscript “13th Sept”, some tiny wrinkles have been ironed out, a minute marginal abrasion on reverse (outside of design) has been improved. An extremely rare stamp used as Heimbüchler records only 25 singles and only three examples known with additional date in manuscript, a wonderful example of this major world rarity. Cert. Heimbüchler (1983). Illustrated and described on page 371/position 3 of the Heimbüchler handbook. Michel 3; €52’000.
