1943 (Nov 10) Cover to Bergamo (Italy), franked by express 1L25 green and 50c tied by “Zara/(Arrivi e Partenze)” cds, with “1” censor’s mark in blue (occasionally and rarely applied on Zara‘s envelopes -not postcards- during the German occupation), exceptionally also tying part of the franking (extremely rare thus), “Vistato 3” censorship on Italian metropolitan land, censorship and cds’s of Bergamo on reverse. An extremely rare usage of this high denomination on genuinely travelled mail. Very fine. Cert. Brunel (2022).
