1861 (Jul 7) wrapper to St. Lucia (missing sideflaps) with 1860 clean cut perf.14-16 1/2 (1d) rose-red (some trimmed perfs) and 1859 pin perf. 13 1/2-14 4d dull purple (trimmed from the sheet with large margins), faintly tied by “1” numeral type 0.2, “PAID / AT / TRINIDAD” crown circle hs adjacent, reverse with despatch and arrival cds, central spike hole, a fine and scarce mixed issue franking; cert.
