1923 “KOWEIT” essay overprint on Service set of 13, mint l.h., prepared for use but rejected in favour of “KUWAIT”, each numbered “6” in pencil on reverse (except for 2a), a few with minor tone spots and 2a a little stained, very rare with only 24 complete sets (postage issue and official issue) made; signed Roig and A. Diena, cert. BPA (1977).
