1794 (June 16th) Folded entire sent locally within Dublin, from 26 Temple Barr to Stephens Green, having been put into the Dublin Penny Post without payment and showing a clear straight line NOT PAID, with handstruck “1” alongside, with JU17m, subsequently the letter was transferred to the General Post and cancelled with a Dublin bishop mkg of JU/16, a fine and scarce unpaid postage hs usage.
