1771 (April 30th) Folded entire sent from Dublin via London, to Cognac, endorsed single rate of “Pd 6” to London, showing first type circular Dublin POST/D/PAID, with London circular POST PAID alongside, London and Dublin bishop mkgs on reverse, plus “30” decimes inland rate applied on arrival in France, all strikes very fine to superb, scarce.
