1805 (September 3rd) Folded entire sent from W.Bakewell at “Flatland Ford July 19th” in Philadelphia, USA, via Warrenpoint to Derbyshire, showing clear 2-line black WARRENS PT/SHIP LETTER, rated “7” and uprated “1/1” and further uprated to “1/9”, an important showpiece.
The earliest and the finest of the only four recorded, illustrated in Robertson.
