1677 (March 16th) Folded entire from Dublin endorsed “To The Honble Sir Robert Southwell Knight of his Majesty’ most Honble Privy Council in England at his house in Spring near Whitehall, London.”, rated “6” and subsequently deleted, signed off by the inspector and hence sent free of charge as official mail.
