1915 (Aug 7) commercial envelope to Switzerland with Hong Kong 1912-22 2c and three 10c paying the rate for a registered letter over 1oz, tied by Canton cds with registration boxed hs adjacent, violet bevelled framed “P.B.C.” (pass by censor) hs, endorsed via Siberia, reverse with Hong Kong reg’d transit and Basel arrival, central wax seal stain, fine.
