1913ca. archive page from the Tunisia P.O. archive with KEVII issues affixed with “SPECIMEN” hs, with 1902-05 80pa on 5d, 4pi on 10d, 12pi on 2s6d and 1909 5pi on 1s all with the horseshoe specimen; 1909 set of 6, 1910 set of 3, 1913-14 to 4pi on 10d and “LEVANT” 1911-13 Re-drawn & Sideface 1/d and 1d each handstamped with “SPECIMEN” applied by the Tunisian receiving authority, a showpiece for a Levant collector; cert.
