1898 5c on 4m blue-green, fifth printing, position 2, inverted overprint, used, tied to a small piece by the Puerto Principe cds, fine example of this error; one of the rarest overprint varieties of the early Puerto Principe issues; only 300 printed predominately as per the standard specification; cert.
