1898 5c on 1c black-violet, fourth printing, pair, positions 3 and 4, with surcharge printed on blank gutter, used and tied to a piece by a single strike of the Puerto Principe cds, attractive, fresh colour, well centred, very fine and scarce example of this overprint error; signed Bloch; ex Robertson and Prats.
