1898 3c on 2m orange-brown, second printing, position 5, used with a double circle cancel, bright colour, minor flaws such as thin and apparent perf imperfections (all known examples are defective to some degree), fine colour; the rarest Puerto Principe Provisional; signed Bloch and Tows; ex Tows, Juhring, Robertson, Prats and Kouri.
