1805ca. Cover front sent to Valparaiso from Santiago, addressed to Acting Governor of Valparaiso, charged at “3 3/4” reales the letter being over 1 ounce, showing fine strike of the italic “Chile” straight line hs in red (S.F.C. MPF41b), a very unusual rate.
