1935 (Jan 10-17) Two covers to Rome, one sent at 25c concessionary rate with 5c and 20c, the higher denomination tied by “Comando Truppe Italiane nella Saar” cds, the other, showing the same cds, was carried free of charge as it was addressed to an officer, both backstamped on receipt.
