1935 (Jan 10-17) Two covers to Rome, one sent at 25c concessionary rate with 5c and 20c, the higher denomination tied by « Comando Truppe Italiane nella Saar » cds, the other, showing the same cds, was carried free of charge as it was addressed to an officer, both backstamped on receipt.
