1923 (Nov 29) Registered cover from Brno to the Ministry of War in Rome, exhibiting “Commissione Delimitazione Frontiera/Romena-Cecoslovacca/Delegazione Italiana*Il Presidente” cachet in blue (also struck on reverse) from the President of the Italian Delegation in the Boundary Commission between Romania and Czechoslovakia, with Czech franking made up of 5h, 20h, 50h, 200h and 300h, backstamped on arrival. Probably unique.
