1943-46 China 30c stationery card to Italy uprated with two 15c, tied by bilingual Shanghai cds, sent by Ugo Chinca (Commander of the “Conte Verde” warship); also a cover from China with the franking missing sent by a member of the Italian Embassy in Tientsin.
