1937-43 Two covers showing elusive “Aperi Scarpanto/Egeo” cds (Carloni-Cercenà p. 11) in violet and blue, one sent insured and stampless to Rhodes with two handstamps of the “Carabinieri Reali” of which one denoting the unavailability of stamps, the other franked by 25c pair tied by the Aperi cds on dispatch. A very scarce duo.
